how do i get my info if it wont connect to computer

    I had the same problem. My company has our system security locked down so I can't
    connect to the computer program. I ended up using Google cloud print to make reports
    print. I also created a new gmail account and finally got it to work with my autel tablet
    so I can email any files I need. I am dissapointed in Autels interface for connecting to a
    computer.

    Hey One Sentence Wonder , WTF are you talking about? What Autel platform are you trying to connect to a computer and what type of computer?
     What is your information that you are trying to get by connecting your Autel platform to your computer?
